Rates & Policies

RESERVATIONS:

Please call 269.449.9292 or email beachnutrentals@sbcglobal.net to check on availability. Be sure and list the properties and dates you are interested in. All reservations are preliminarily confirmed in writing upon receipt of the 50% payment. Our availability is constantly changing, therefore we are unable to place verbal "holds" for available dates.

All rental amounts are prepaid. 50% of the rental amount is due at the time of reservation.  The balance of the rental amount is due not less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. If the rental amount is not received prior to this date, the rental is subject to cancellation and forfeiture of the 50% payment.


RATES:

Please refer to the individual home page for rates. From mid-June through mid-September we rent weekly/monthly only. Housekeeping fees are not included in our rates.


CANCELLATIONS:

If the Guest wishes to cancel, the Guest shall provide the Agency with written notice which shall be sent by U.S. certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid. If the Renter's notice of cancellation is received 30 days or more prior to occupancy date, the deposit will be refunded at 80% only if the reserved nights are re-booked in full. If the premises are not re-booked or if the Guest cancels within 30 days of the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable and the full rental amount is due.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT:

Check in is 5:00PM EST and check out time is 10:00AM EST on the scheduled arrival or departure date. Some of our homes have Saturday to Saturday/others are Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday. All check in and check out times are Eastern Time. (Michigan time, not Chicago time). Sorry, but we can not accommodate late check out requests. Prompt check out is essential, as we have new guests arriving within a very limited time of your check out. We regret that we must impose a $100 fee for late check out, which will be deducted from the deposit amount, if guests are still present when housekeeping arrives at check out time.

MISCELLANEOUS:

ALL HOMES ARE NON-SMOKING
ALL Homes have basic amenities such as linens (sheets and towels per number of beds) and pots & pans, TV/VCR, coffeemaker etc.
ALL Homes have local calling access phones - bring a long distance calling card or use your cell phone for other than local calls.
PLEASE review the Welcome Book that is in your home for GARBAGE DAYS so that you can bring the tote to the curb.
